4 - Availability and Performance

The Collection API is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The maximum response time for each functionality:

  • Boleto registration 15 minutes
  • Change boleto: 1h30
  • Cancellation of a boleto: 1h30
  • Settlement of boletos - Up to R$249,999.99
    For payments made until 7:30 pm, settlement occurs on D+1.
    For payments made after 7:30 pm, settlement occurs on D+2
  • Settlement of Boletos - equal to or greater than R$250,000.00
    For payments made up to 4:40 pm, settlement occurs on D0.
    For payments made after 4:40 pm, settlement occurs on D+1
