4 - Availability and Performance

The Collection API is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The maximum response time for each functionality:

• Boleto registration 15 minutes;
• Change boleto: 30 minutes;
• Cancellation of a boleto: 30 minutes;
• Settlement of boletos - Up to R$249,999.99
  For payments made between 1:30 p.m. and 11:59 p.m., settlement takes place on D+1. From 08h20;
  For payments made between 00:00 and 13:29, settlement takes place on D0. From 16h10.
• Settlement of Boletos - equal to or greater than R$250,000.00
  For payments made up to 4:40 pm, settlement occurs on D0.
  For payments made after 4:40 pm, settlement occurs on D+1

Observation: Boletos are only settled on working days.
