Description

The Manager is the centralized solution for managing Associated Companies and Stores in the Closed Loop environment. It provides robust and intuitive APIs that enable the Receiver participant to perform essential administrative operations to configure and maintain the payment arrangement. These tools ensure control, flexibility, and traceability in the operational structure of the Closed Loop.

Merchant Management

The tools for Store Management allow the Receiver to manage the operations of commercial units linked to Associated Companies. The functionalities include:

  • Register Merchant: Create new stores linked to an Associated Company, configuring details like trade name, location, and POS accounts.
  • Update Store: Edit information for existing stores, such as contact details and location.
  • List Stores: Query all stores registered in the arrangement, with the ability to apply filters by company, status, and location.
  • Block and Unblock Store: Temporarily block a store to prevent transactions or restore its operational permissions.
  • Recharge Store Account Balance: Add funds to store POS accounts to ensure transactional operations.
