Description

Companies or institutions that wish to create and manage their own financial ecosystems. They offer financial services to the companies associated with the arrangement.

Product Governance

Associated Company Registration: This feature allows the Arranger to add new Participants from Retail Networks, in accordance with the commercial terms established with the client, including selected services (transactions) and the fee pricing and settlement period table.

  • Current Process: The information must be passed on to the FitBank Operations Team to register the Associated Companies in the arrangement. Basic Information: Name, Address, Tax Identifier.
  • Commercial Terms: Settlement Period and Transactional Fees.

Management Hub Portal

This platform offers greater autonomy and visibility to the Business Unit (BU) in its operations. It provides an interface where the BU manager and/or authorized representative (Master User) can access queries and actions with autonomy and decision-making power.

On the platform, the Arranger will be able to monitor the financial flow of transactions carried out within their arrangement.

User and Account Management:

  • Screen – Account List: Displays a list with the main information of the BU's Accounts.
  • Feature - Account Details: Shows detailed information provided for the accounts.
  • Feature - Dashboard: A graphical summary of accounts.

Associated Company Management:

  • Screen – Associated Company List: Displays a list with the main information of the Associated Companies.
    Feature - Associated Company Details: Shows the detailed information provided in the Associated Company registration.

Store Management:

  • Screen – Registered Store List: Displays a list with the main information of the Registered Stores.
  • Feature - Store Registration: Functionality for the Arranger to register the Associated Company's stores, creating an account for each store, allowing support in the reconciliation process and monitoring individual accounts.
  • Feature - Registered Store Details: Shows detailed information provided in the Store Registration.
  • Feature - Store Statement: Allows store employees to consult and monitor data and the status of completed transactions.

Transaction Generation

API Implementation: Associated Companies that join the Arrangement will be able to implement the transaction generation APIs into their systems. Employees will be able to generate Purchase, Withdrawal, and Deposit transactions for users to confirm in their application.
